Terms & Condition

SpaceNestX offers professional interior design and turnkey execution services, including but not limited to:

• Conceptual Design
• 2D & 3D Visualizations
• Space Planning
• Furniture & Material Selection
• Turnkey Interior Execution

All project timelines, deliverables, and costs will be documented in a formal Service Agreement signed between SpaceNestX and the client.

• Payments must be made as per the milestone schedule mentioned in the Service Agreement.
• We use third-party payment gateways for online transactions. By making payments online, you agree to abide by the gateway provider’s terms and policies.
• All payments are to be made in INR (₹).
• Any bank charges, payment gateway charges, or transaction fees are to be borne by the client.

• All designs, concepts, renderings, and related content created by SpaceNestX remain our intellectual property until full and final payment is made.
• Once the project is completed and payment is cleared, design rights for personal use will be transferred to the client.
• You may not reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit our designs without prior written consent.

• While we make every effort to complete projects within the agreed timeline, delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances, including material shortages, third-party dependencies, and force majeure events.
• SpaceNestX will not be liable for delays caused by factors outside our control.

• Clients are required to provide accurate measurements, site access, and timely approvals for designs and materials.
• Delays in approvals or changes to the agreed scope may affect timelines and costs.

• SpaceNestX shall not be held responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in dispute.

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
